Release Your Bands!

Think about it, from the day you were born until now, how much unhealthy food have you eaten and how much polluted air have you inhaled? Bad living habits, not getting enough sleep, working in poor air, polluted environments, and stress at work can all cause “blockages” in your body. These blockages act like rubber bands tying up your entire body. For instance, if you took a rubber band and tied up your index finger, you would see your finger start to change. It would start to feel a bit numb and the color would turn dark purple. Within ten minutes, you’d barely feel your index finger. If you don’t untie the rubber band within an hour, the cells of your index finger will die.  So why does this happen? When the finger is tied up by the rubber band, it blocks blood vessels and prevents blood, oxygen and nutrition from receiving proper circulation. The cells in the finger start to die because the toxins can not be released from the body. Even with the application of today’s medicines, these cells will not be able to rejuvenate and the finger will remain permanently damaged.

The following is a list of problems that can occur if the bands are tying up these specific areas:

Ø Blood vessels inside your brain - high blood pressure, stroke and migraines

Ø Blood vessels around your heart - high blood pressure, heart attack and coronary heart disease

Ø Blood vessels around your kidneys - kidney failure or gout

Ø Blood vessels around your abdominal cavity area - diabetes and anemia

Ø Endocrine system - wrinkles, dark spots, and speeding up of aging

Ø Neck area - nasal congestion, post-nasal drip, and decreased vision

Ø Upper-spine - abnormal heart beat, and shortness of breath

Ø Mid-spine - abdominal pain

Ø Lower-spine - inflammation of the intestines and constipation

Ø Waist area - tumors, infertility for women and prostate issues for men

Incidentally, obesity has become a major health issue in the U.S. and one of the main theories is that too much “binding” inside the body causes the metabolism to malfunction.
